The Blue Bell Tents encampment occupies prime position, just 5 minutes walk to Hay town centre.
The camp this year will be a destination in itself providing both Bed and continental Breakfast accommodation in our 2012 Bell Tents, plus an on-site gourmet café serving lunch, supper and snacks throughout the day.
The site will also have a large warm, domed tent sofa seating, magazines and books for time when you’re not in your tent.
The site will be well lit with overhead lighting, have security at the gates, and have ample luxury event loos and showers, as well as a space with hairdryers and mirrors.
The camp has free, exclusive on-site parking.
Check in times are from 4PM & check out is by 10AM, but for convenience you are welcome to leave your car earlier in our car park on the day of check in if you have events you are seeing on the day.

A 2 night minimum stay is required. Any weekend stay is also a 2 night minimum.
(e.g. Thursday and Friday night will also include Saturday night)
4m tents sleep 2 in a double bed or 2 singles
5m tents sleep 4 in a 2 double beds or 4 singles.
Extra beds with bedding can be purchased for £20/ night, which includes breakfast.
We apologise that the prices have increased from 2011, this is due to VAT registration and many added features to the camp and the tents in order to make your stay more secure and comfortable. We welcome any feedback you may have,
All prices include a continental breakfast for 2 or 4 people depending on tent size.
